Associazione Nazionale Promozione Opere Benefiche a favore degli Invalidi Civili (National Association for the Promotion of Charitable Works in Favor of the Civilly Disabled). The founders are Piras, Triesto, and Finetti, from Brescia. In its early years, it dealt with the issues of the civilly disabled in northern Italy.
