The beginning: 2012<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

projects in Nigeria start in the 2012<\/b>.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Through the project Open Heart,<\/b>\u00a0Local health authorities identify some children with serious heart conditions.\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

With their mothers, these children are transferred to Italy., treated at the Gaslini Hospital in Genoa<\/b>\u00a0thanks to the generosity of Dr. Francesco Santoro<\/i>\u00a0host <\/b>during the recovery <\/b>in the lodging house of Fistfight <\/b>a Cocoon <\/b>(Mantua) and finally repatriated to Nigeria, cured.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Subsequently, every year, these children torn from death<\/b> they receive a visit from the NGO staff.\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

At the end of July 2013, the first trip to check on children operated on in September of the previous year, for to know their families<\/b> and to bring further assistance<\/b> sanitary ware.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

For example, in the pediatrics departments of the project's partner hospitals, they were delivered 55 boxes<\/b> full of toys <\/i>e clothes<\/i>, collected in Italy.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

An operation made possible thanks to the solidarity of two elementary schools, that of Viadana <\/b>(Mantua) and that of Castenedolo<\/b>, where, during the 2011\/2012 school year, teachers and parents worked hard for this collection to benefit Nigerian children.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The project is also being activated in Nigeria Emergency transport<\/b>\u00a0with the hospitals\u00a0Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital<\/em>\u00a0in Okolobiri, and\u00a0Federal Medical Center<\/em>\u00a0in Yenagoa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
